I attended the Vermont Notary Forum 2012 in Rutland, arranged by Secretary of State Jim Condos. Secretary Condos was present, although he did not participate. I written my summary and posted it on my website:

Wow! That was awesome. I was in East Dorset last week

and would have LOVED to have attended this (assuming, of course, I would have been allowed to sit in.)

PS I won a substantial payoff on a scratch-off in

Center Rutland on the 5th and drove up to Montpelier on the 6th to cash it in...lol
