Today I have arrived!

I have heard so much about the "fabulous" Quicken loans and today I FINALLY experienced one! It was beautiful. I felt as if had arrived. :-) The process and documents we SO UNCOMPLICATED. Everything arrived a few days in advance. The borrowers were so prepared that when I started to show them the loan amount and interest numbers on the HUD they told me, "Don't bother explaining each document, just set the pages up and lets sign them. This was also good because it was a blistering 98 humid degrees here in NY and they had their windows open (no A/C on) as beads of sweat trickled down their brow. Regardless, I enjoyed every moment of this loan signing. It shows that the process can be simple, timely and organized, leaving everyone in a good place.
