I had the privilege of working with a signing company that really gets it!
If you have the opportunity to take one of Trinity Document Solutions’ closings, please don't hesitate. They allow the Notary to be the professional that they hired by not micro managing your entire closing process. You won’t be tasked with faxing practically the entire file back and waiting for them to QC prior to you sending out the docs. Now the best part about this company is they pay like a Title company, when the loan funds your check is sent out then. It doesn't get sweeter than that.
If you have worked with them please take some time to rate them accordingly, there are enough garbage companies still holding star ratings that shouldn't even be in business. Let's clean up the rating system to reflect who in the industry are really the top performers.
