I'd only be willing to do loan signings for those two outfits if it was POC (paid outside of closing), upfront and in cash from borrowers, which I have completed loan signings that were POC (not from either of those outfits) - few and far between but I have done them. Otherwise, I wouldn't contract for signings with clown operations. I'd stick to only GNW.

Ya I would definately not be in this line of work anymore. They couldn't pay me enough to work for them.
