Why communication with the hiring entities is not both
ways.
They want updates on everything.
Call the borrower; did you have an appt set? Did you print docs? etc etc
Today I sent an email to advise that a appt has been cancelled by the borrower. Never heard back or a simple "ok, thanks"
Any update on docs, never hear from them.
Your check from May 1st came short by 25 dollars. They respond by the 4th day after I sent that email.
I know they are busy and so am I but responding to a simple email takes just a few nanoseconds.
