You are in control #2
My previous post about this was taken in a different direction than I intended.
Some posters said that they wouldn't do these because of this and that.
The whole purpose of the post was: you are in control of what jobs you take and how much you will work for. It doesn't matter whether it's a reverse mortgage application or a refi or GNW. You set the rules not the TC or the SS, don't let them push you arround and talk you into doing something for nothing or something you don't want to do.
You will work under certain conditions and guidelines. My example was that I would not work without an assignment sheet with my fee on it, and that I would not do the job without renegotiating the fee because of unknown faxbacks when the original fee was agreed upon.
Clear enough this time?

A flexible tree bends with the wind. If not, it might get
snapped off of its roots. Hey, whatever works for YOU. Have a great EOM. I am rollin'

Let me get this straight? What you are advising is that I may set my business criteria the way I want, to work for whom I choose; to work when I want; and the way I want; and have your permission to do so? Thank you so much.

Hey Buddy, i agree with you. You need to work in your parameters. You can add flexibility to your business. If the TC's and SS's can do it why can't you.
It's FEAR. That all. If you know the cost of your, operation then your happy. And that's what counts.
