signing on another county
I recently revived a Mobil closing appt in another county. Where you sing as a notary says State,Iinidiana and county says vermillion. The question is do I make out vermillion and put vigo county which is what my seal says. New at this

Which county are you standing in at the time of notarization? that is the one you insert.

State Of and County Of at the top of the notarial certificate = always where your feet are planted at the time.
State Of, County Of, etc. below the signature line = always where YOU live and got your commission from, unless you are commissioned in a neighboring state - what shows on your seal goes here.
I strongly recommend getting educated before doing more signings, and highly recommend taking at least the basic course offered at Notary2Pro.com. You shouldn't be doing these if you don't even know what goes where! You are doing the borrower and whomever assigned the job to you a great disservice.

Nice grammatically correct stuff, complete with spelling errors, coming from a critic. " Might need to proof read before posting.."
