358 page document package???? SERIOUSLY?????
156 pages of tax returns!!! and about 60+ pages in dupes!
Got home around 9pm, downloaded my package to print, and to my astonishment, it was a 358 page pkg.
The kicker is that the closing is at 8AM so I can't even call them to let them know that I won't be printing out the taxes (at the very least)!!! If they want the dupes and taxes printed out, I will do so once I have confirmed an additional print fee will be included with the current fee. I'm confident the TC has the capability to print these doc's. If they need the dupes, I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
HMMMMM, seems to me like maybe there is a new person on board (or maybe someones trying to pull a fast one?) Personally I think someone was just being lazy and didn't collate the documents right.

are you sure it is one package? I had a huge one of close to 300 pages once and it was the 2packages in one file(signing and BO copy)

lol..ME not say anything? hmmph, that's funny!! They have
the wrong person. It's just not in me. What's fair is fair. I don't do so well with unfairness. And PLEASE don't mistake my kindness for weakness.
I printed out the signature pages of the tax returns. I am certain they need those signed. If the tax return page didn't have a signature, I didn't print it. That alone saved 159 pages.

sounds like a FASS thing. They did it to me once. I called and got the extra print fee. I think there were 4 pages to sign. So dumb....

So it turns out, I did the right thing by only printing the
doc's that are included in their normal packages. I, in fact, did NOT have to print out the 159 odd pages of the tax returns, nor did I need to print out the dupes of the Mortgage, note, riders, disclosures, etc. (bank doc's) They said, this is the only bank that actually includes the bo's copies in the package.
Good thing I didn't print out DOUBLE of the whole 358 pages. However, what I DID do, to CMA!, was that I saved the package on a CD, brought my laptop and decided that I would call them while I was there, and if necessary, I would print the doc's that they needed (of course that would have been provided they added an additional print fee  .) I keep a laser printer and a ream+ of both letter and legal size paper in my car so that would have been all I needed.
I left her the CD.
Thank goodness I'm experienced enough to know the doc's that are most relevant and made the decision to stay in the solution to get this done. And if worse came to worse, I covered my ***!!!
