3 Day Right to Cancel need FAX numbers

I live in a rural area. We have lost our sorting center in our town and it has now been moved to nearly 250 miles away. We used to be able to get mail overnight from 300 miles away, and from in town the next day. Now it takes 3 days to get a letter from next door if we're lucky. It takes even longer from farther away. My question is, so many Right to Cancel papers do NOT provide a fax number on their information, how in the world is someone from out here going to have a chance to get their paperwork back in time to cancel in the 3 day period? With the USPS there is no more overnight delivery. I think the industry needs to change and provide fax number on all Right to Cancel pages. What do you think?

They should be able to get a fax no. by calling the LO. I

wouldn't rely on snail mail or other means to get it there. If the loan funds before they get the RTC it would be a disaster.

They just have to post mark it before it expires and

call the lender and let them know that it has been mailed to stop disbursement of funds.
