9:00 AM closing tomorrow - no docs yet
Not going to sweat it. Was contacted by SS on Thursday for this signing. Informed ss I could not get through to Borrower. He does not return my calls. Was told to just "go to closing as LO confirmed with Borrower." Not happening here. Signing is 45 minutes away. I always confirm with Borrower. For all I know, this may have been postponed. Hopefully, I will get other appts tomorrow.

There's been times when I have received docs on a Sunday . Sometimes people go home on Friday and, wait till Monday morning to send them out.

Same problem here - I don't have docs for a 10 am
I have left a message for the borrowers asking if they have flexiblity to close in the afternoon.

Lots of factors, can you or borrower close later in the day? If I have nothing on the books that is ok with me, but borrower may need to go to work or have other things planned.
Friday had a late call, they said had docs for Saturday afternoon. Well one thing after another I had to turn it back late Friday night when they sent me 7 downloads that crashed my system. Plus I had appointments till almost noon.
My guess is you won't get doc's till 9:30am if it is a east coast company later if the timeline changes.

Yes. I have some flexibility for tomorrow. And ss doesn't open till 9:00 AM. My concern is that I cannot speak with the Borrower. "Everything is confirmed with LO." Well - now there will be a time change. My guess is LO will need to reconfirm with Borrower and I will be called for the new time.

I'm with you & don't go to appts. I haven't confirmed myself
If they are willing to pay your full fee to go without confirming it might be ok. It's all a moot point if they don't get you docs.

I always confirm with Borrower. No confirm. No go.
