I'd think twice about doing work for these guys. I did a signing for them On February 13, 2012. When I took the assignment, I made it clear that I wanted to get paid within 30 and they agreed. However, after I completed the signing, I was told to send an email reminder on the week the payment is due. I sent an email reminder on March 13, 2012, as they requested. On March 18, 2012, I received a message from them stating "payment will go out tomorrow" (3/19/2012). If the check was really mailed on that day, I should have received it by now. However, as of today, and 45 days later, no payment has been received. And they owe me for another signing I performed in March. Never again for me. I will not do any work for them in the future. I hate doing business with companies that lie. You decide for yourself.

Which ASAP Pro Notary Services?
The one in Texas payment is 45 days, BUT they pay.

They always paid me. 45 days is the avg.

I did a signing for ASAP Pro Notary earlier this month. My confirmation included a statement about being paid in 45 days. The same paragraph also included the following similar statement:

"We will do a 30 day pay mail out if you email (accounting) the week payment is due to alert us that a 30 day payment is due!!"

After reading this statement I also thought a 30 day payment could be requested.

45 Day payout...they are a good company as long as you don't

expect payment before that 45 day payout. If that doesn't work for you then do what you need to do, but in my experience I don't say no to them. At least I know I'll get paid!
