Armour Settlement unpaid invoice
I worked for Armour Settlement several months ago and it was my third time. At that particular signing We completed all the physical docs, while waiting to solve issue with esigning. Never could solve sign in. It was their problem and I spent several hours trying to work with them. I could not come back the second time when the sign in problem was resolved.
I billed them, and as of yet, 4 months later I still haven't been paid.
Every time I contact them, Jessica tells me she turned the invoice in. I would not work for them again!

So sorry about your problem Linda. There is a string here earlier about non payment issues.
I too worked for Jessica many times with no issues then worked for them in December and fought to get paid for 3 closings. Some people were paid timely and a couple of us not. Keep badgering her. Here is his email [e-mail address]

Mixed reviews. I've been paid with 30 days. They
include an invoice in the pkg. that needs to be faxed.

I agree with Marilyn!
I love working for them They pay well and within a couple of weeks to a month. But I always fill out and include their invoice that they already have in the package. Maybe that's a consideration.
I communicate with Jessica quite often and have found her to be as helpful as possible. I'm sure she's doing what she tells you she is doing. But just like us, sometimes our hands are tied and there's only so much we can do.
I'm sure it's either an oversight or they're swamped like many companies in this industry right now. Let them get through EOM before expecting anything for now.

I have done signings for them for a couple years and never had problems getting paid. I used to do esignings and stopped. I will only do them at the title company for the same reason you had.
