I think Chuck Marino runs the show at BCHH now, he is good. I know the snakes have pretty much cleared the garden...and Chuck has some nice folks on his team. I haven't heard if they are financially sound yet...but if anyone can pull the rabbit out of the hat...it is Chuck! I would still proceed with caution and get your fee paid either at funding.

Recently did a job for them. I will post when I receive payment. My take: Decent fee, but large PITA factor going on with this company. Docs were late (despite appointment being scheduled a week in advance); omg so many instructions not only received with confirmation but also with package; and the kicker is that the title affs are not filled out with borrower's name and property address. I just hate that - it takes more time at the table to fill that stuff out. Doubt if I will take another for them - this one screwed up my schedule and I don't need the PITA factor either.

Still waiting for payment on the job I did for BCHH in July 2012 - coming up on 45 days with no payment. My invoice was returned in the package as per their instructions. Definitely on my no-no list from now on!

Regarding my past-due invoice, I have emailed BCHH with no response. I called today and was told I need to speak with "Brian" but he was out to lunch. I left a voice mail for him but no response.
