I agree! The same with the 55 page appraisals, 15 page amortizations, 65 pages of closing instructions in duplicate, all total 277 page closing.

That's insane! I get mad when there are 30 preliminary docs - can't believe 63! And the borrowers usually tell me that they have already completed them several times and are not happy about completing/signing them again!

Those burn me too, and I make sure they pay an extra

fee for it. It's an extra file, really. It's not our job to cover the broker's butt. LOL :-)
