Forseti Real Estate Services
I recently did a closing for this company. At the time that I accepted the assignment, I had ask if anyone knew anything about them and no one responded.
Well, I did the closing and it was totally professional and I was paid less than 30 days later. David Harrington responded to my emails and it doesn't get any better. I wanted to add them to Signing Central, but it won't let me. Anyone know why this is? I certainly don't see them and they are a nationwide company.

I recently had a very positive experience with Forseti Real Estate Services. They paid well and in 3 weeks.

I don't know anything about this company but I tried to add a company on two occasions to Signing Central. "It" wouldn't let me. I called in. I was told that the address and telephone number was assigned to a notary account as someone in the company has signed up for a basic notary account.Therefore it wouldn't let me set up a business in signing central. In my case it was signing central. In my case it was Altisource and Capstone Title. The person that I spoke to said they had to fix it on their end. This is where I would start if it is important to you. To date Altisource and Capstone have never been added to Signing Central as far as I know.

It is to bad because the SS like to be rated. If they do their part, that is. I have gotten thank you notes from the ones that I have rated.

As true as that may be it is then up to Notary Rotary to fix
it at this point. Perhaps Capstone Title needs to make the request.

You can't add Forseti because he's already listed
He has his listing in the Notary section - N/R doesn't allow duplicate listings, he can be in EITHER the Signing Central as a SS, or under the Notary listing.
Or ... he could do an end-run around the system like other SS's do, and use a different phone number or a variant name.
