Heard of Service to Lawyers or iptbiz?

I took an assignment from these folks last month and no notarizations..they wanted someone with a background check done to present documents for a health suit then scan/fax and mail the docs. I did that my fax went thru however all attempts to contact the company with my invoice except by fax have been unsuccessful. I was told it would be paid within a week...it's now 3. I know the mail is slow but even from Pennsysvania it should have been here by now.

I am just looking to find out if anybody else has had experience with these folks.
