Help with Brother MFC-7460DN
I can't get my generic toner to work in this printer. Its new and I've had to run to the local office supply and pay top dollar twice now when I have 2 that I ordered and are supposed to be compatible. Yet when I put them in the machine still says replace toner cartridge and won't move forward at all. Any ideas?

What printer model? Did you do the simple reset to tell the machine you replaced toner?

I use generic products for my Brother MFC 8480DN. You need to use "BOTH" the generic Toner and the generic DRUM for a good fit. Otherwise you'll have problems. I order thru www.suppliesoutlet.com . Good luck

I have 6 months or so experience, and two orders from this company. Toners seem to work fine and I have ordered a drum unit for 1 machine. Prices are excellant.
