How do I access the NotRot fax service?

I've searched the site and the forum both, but can't find any info on how to actually use the service. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

After you sign in, it is on the home page for access. Click on the fax icon.
You must first be a premier member to have a fax number.
At the present time you can only receive faxes in PDF format.
I believe in April of this year, you will be able to both send and receive faxes.
