I did a closing for a company in early February, I informed them I expected payment within 10 days since I have never done work for them prior and no one has made any comments on Signing Central. So I will give them a try. Here I am 5wks later, no payment. I called the company here was their reply verbatum, " I did not get paid from 2 closings so I should be paid this week and them I will pay you." My reply, "That is not my problem, my agreement was with you for payment in 10 days, I fulfilled my obligation. I expect payment by week end."
