My all in one is on its last leg

Been researching for weeks but wonder what others are using. I want a two tray, ONE cartridge toner (no replacable drum after 25K), Fax, Scan, Print, Copy machine. Printing approximately 5000 +/- a month and want to spend less than $700 for the machine including the second tray option. Have any recommendations?

I use an all in one just for copy, scan, fax. You may want to look into a monochrome laser just for docs. You can get some fairly inexpensive refurbished printers out there here is an example

Clem, thanks for the info. I did think about doing that but I have limited space and it does still scan (slowly) ...only issue is paper printed has lines and rollers are gummed up. I am going to have my son-in-law who is a copier tech for Xerox take a look at it and hopefully he can repair/clean it as a back up.

I really want as you said a two tray printer (it would be so much faster) but just cannot accommodate it in the space I have available so need to do the all in one.

I use www.supermediastore.com Super Media Store. I have always had great service. Low prices and if something is not right they replace it.

In this morning's local Staples ad, they have several models which you may want to consider. They also listed a $50 trade-in allowance on some.

My husband and I personally prefer Brother models. We are currently using 4, two of which have the second paper tray. The trays did not come when we bought the machines, but can be ordered from Brother, or found on EBay relatively easily.

Good luck on your quest.
