NLC .... this is a joke!!! Ebay style

This is what I got from NLC tonight and I think this is just a joke!!!! The rates go from 20 dollars to 150! You just need to select what you want to charge!!!! Are we going into the Ebay Auction style as Notaries now?
This company is already a low baller but this goes beyong what I have ever seen!

Just got back to work after several months of leave due to illness and it about gave me another heart attack!

Got the same message, but in NE Illinois - the rates were $0 to $75.

I got an email from them last night too. I much prefer to be called for an assignment. I am not always sitting at my computer to jump on their closing, much less, get into a bidding war. Their highest fee for this assignment was 75.00 and printing E-Docs.

I looked at Signing Central too. 60 days is way to long to wait for their low fees. I will pass.

Got the same email - didn't bother to check fee, just deleted.

If it's close to me, I counter with my $xxx fee. Needless to say, they never call.

I'll be passing too. In my area the max they offered was $85. Not enough to cover the increase in gas prices and time spent for printing, travel, possible faxbacks, etc.

I received three different closing offers from them this week. I declined all three. Well none were too far from my home there is no way I will wait 60 days to get paid $75.00.
