National Loan Closings.

Does anybody know what these guys are up to. ? I got three emails from these folks stating that there are " closing opporturnites". They listed the city, (one was misspelled,) zip code, but no address or borrower name. They ask that you state you fee and give you a chart . Their top fee is $85.00.Because there were 3 signings , I went with their top cheap fee. I was informed that I got 2 of the 3 signings. The signings were for today. I never got another notice from them, inspite of the fact I emailed them that I needed to hear from them to keep those time slots open - not a word ! In retrospect , I do not believe the offers were genuine, but just a not so clever marketing scheme. I can't wait for them to call me again. They are at the top of my fecal chart and they had to fight some pretty good competition to earn that top spot ! Tell me what you think !

I think they took the lowest bid, and just didn't bother to let you know. You were not it. They continued to shop and are scum, which is cold and slimy. Yours is a bit hotter.

This was your error not theirs.

Sounds like you didn't know how to retrieve your docs or closing confirmation. Once you are accepted for the closings, you are supposed to log onto the website, go to the management section, click on your closings and download your docs & confirmation which has the borrowers info, location of closing, etc.. If you didn't do this then you stood up the borrowers and the company probably had to scramble to find another notary or postpone the closing until someone else could do the job you agreed to do in the first place. I'm sure that some at the company are probably just as angry at you for not following through with your agreement with them and have placed you on the do not use list. If you didn't like their fees why did you agree to close the loans in the first place?

That's funny I got a similar email today as well

Emailed out at 12:10 AM, responded to by me around 6:30ish saying no problem, responded to by the SS around 7:15 with the following:

Not sure if it is still open I am checking

Also, we need a good communicator, a notary that responds to emails

As of 2116 tonight still haven't heard back, I guess being a good communicator and responds to emails only runs one way.

***Also, we need a good communicator***

I am absolutely certain that if I ever got such an email the company would have no doubts, by the time I was through, of my communication skills. They would be fully apprised of exactly where on the ladder between slime and scum I rank them.

Don't mean to be nasty but why even respond to $85 closing offers. I can't honestly say I have never taken a low ball offer. However, my experience with EVERY low baller company has been negative. Whether it has been Title issues, client issues, signing issues, etc., there seems to always be a problem. If nothing else, I ended up with a problem right from within myself asking, "why would I want to work for that money?". My advice is, don't work for these companies at all. They offer $85 and the $75 and keep getting lower. They actually are laughing at us when we accept the garbage they offer.
