The forum isn't the place to advertise. Make sure you
do a complete profile, and then link your profile here on the forum. The profile is valuable advertising space. I hope you have a Premium membership, or consider investing in it. The co's. will call the names listed higher in your area. When I had a free membership I didn't get a single call from this site. After I upgraded the phone started ringing. Good luck. :-)

I hope you're also aware that a TPL is required in MD
to do loan signings.

First of all, check out message #33325. This forum is primarily for sharing information with other notaries public. You probably won't get much business from any of us, but you can definitely learn a lot from reading up on all the posts. While some of the responses you may see and get may seem a little harsh or abrupt, keep in mind that most everyone here has earned their chops and this is a widespread knowledge base. I'd encourage you to take advantage of it, for sure!

"...earned their chops"
I like that phrase - and the attitude it represents. Newer visitors to this board who read some posts from that perspective can learn a great deal here. Unfortunately, it takes some discretion and a little bit of time to figure out which posters genuinely have "earned their chops" and which ones just write as if they have. Not an impossible task, however.
