New mileage rate for 2012

I was reading an artical on 2012 tax changed. There is a new rate for milage. The 1st 1/2 of the year .510 per mile and 2nd 1/2 of the year it so .555.

Please note this is for 2012 filing of tax returns for

2011 tax year.....not new rates for 2012.
