Next month should slow down, hope I'm wrong

Deals I've seen this month are from November-February and with rates on the increase plus December the loan application volume was down that would mean a slow down in April with deals to table.

I hope I am wrong, but already seeing a trail off of volume compared to last months EOM week vs this month.

Yea last month I averaged 2 signings a day. This month first two weeks were DEAD!!! lol luckily I have background investigations and Field inspections to do. Definitely expanding my business. I have to pay for my college classes! lol

No slow down here in MN.....it's rockin' & rollin'....

.....wish I could clone myself. I have had to turn down a lot of business over the past week.....good business.....$xxx business.
