Premier Lender Services g/b/u?

So I get a signing tonight from these people and call the BO only to find out they have no clue about a loan closing and have not agreed to any lender to refinance. Interesting.

On another note....g/b/u?

Are you saying that they haven't even applied for the home loan? Or, they have applied but have not agreed to proceed with the terms offered? Scary either way.

I recently completed one for them. It's an Application that the potential B isn't very prepared for (frankly, they seemed mystified, but it was an attractive rate so they figured--what the heck). Tho' it was a relatively small package, it took a lot of table-time to complete . No, not an RM---just a refi. Check in hand in 35 days. So recent that I don't know if I'll get the final loan signing or not.

I get the apps, then the signing so the borrower sees me all the time. Pays what I ask, plus 30 or less for check in hand.

Sometimes 30 days from app - up to 55 days till signing. Really the only company where I get both pieces of action. No hand holding, report online. Some scan backs on the app, not the final paperwork.

One of my favorites to work with. I had 2 borrowers unaware of scheduled app, but they weren't informed by lender, not PLS

Work with them all the time plus most of the time it's a double payout for me. I do apps and get the closing when available. I have 5 this week from them and with luck will have five more at the EOM.

Pay is 30 days like clock work.

I love working with them. Never had serious issues with them. Pay is fair and they pay within 30days.

I don't want to tell anyone how much I love them because I don't want anyone else working for them but me. They are usually so quick with the paperwork that I get an email asking if I can do the job, and the docs are in the next email before I can even answer. Sometime I email back that I am already booked, and they asked if I can try to work out a better time. Fine with me! Their client keep the borrowers informed about the figures, so that when I start going over the numbers the borrowers say, "We've already seen this and we just want to sign." or they say, "That's just exactly what they told me". Checks come like clockwork. I have not seen this application thing you seem to be referring to, but I would take it.

CJ: they do a lot of RM's.

I don't get many RMs from them, but I like them so I would be happy to take the RMs.
