Quicken loans
Just had a 2 hour signing where borrowers argued with each other and made calls to their lender. No they hadn't bothered to read the borrowers copies before I arrived.

The one and only Quicken loan I've ever done
greeted by hubby - walked into house - wifey comes in, introductions...then she looks at husband and says "why didn't you tell me we were refinancing? (mind you, her name was on the loan)....hubby's response? taps the papers and says to her "these have been sitting here for two days - I thought you saw them"
Don't think the harmony was in balance that night..

Not my day
I received a call today asking that I take an assignment for $60.00. It was a reverse mortgage with edocs! They have to be out of their minds.

Re: Not my day
Just completed a Quicken where borrower was not told funds had to be certified. Spent an extra hour waiting on wife to go to bank and get funds.

Re: Not my day
Hate it when that happens... That's when I try to make a call to the client to see about getting another shipping label so I can give the borrowers the one I have for their docs and let them use it for their check. Then I can be on my way.
If there's a rescission period, there's nearly always another way to work out that kind of a situation (e.g. wire transfer). If it's a purchase or non-owner occupied property, that may be a different story - but they're not going to get the package until Monday at the earliest anyway. 'Course, you didn't say, so maybe you've already been down this road...
