Got this on a confirmation: This is a closing for ###### Bank. ##### Bank is a very large client of ours and our service to them has an immediate effect on the allocation of business we receive. #### will perform a survey by the borrower after their closing. A portion of this survey involves the service and professionalism you give as our Closing Agent. Less than satisfactory marks may result in a reduction or loss of fees. Appearance-Punctuality-General Knowledge-Overall Communication. This is not the first one.
Why don't you call me and I will tell you how mad the borrowers were that you couldn't get the docs done in time even though they have been working on it for two months. So I am late! They missed their dinner party. How about the borrower that is not going to sign until they get their question about the HUD answered on a Friday night at 8:00 by the LO. So we sit for and hour telling stories. They call the LO and don't get a call for three days. How about showing up and they are so mad when I tell them that I don't work for #### bank and I don't know the LO. Insert your own stories. I guess they may tell them if the bank calls! Ha!
