The Notary Biz

Declined a closing from The Notary Biz even though Eric offered to my requested fee in advance. I told him there are simply too many agents out there still with past due accounts and I will not support a company who does not pay their notaries. He said mostly of the comments are not true, that all fees are paid except for the ones where notaries refuse to provide a W9.

Bull S..............

I have billed and billed. Sent certified letters and turned them over to a collection agency.
Still no payment. Thanks for turning them down for those of us they still owe.

They have my W-9 and will not pay me because I would not accept half of what they owe me as they requested while they were awaiting a loan to get their company going again. This was explained to me by Eric on 10/5/2010. Thank you for standing your ground for the unpaid notaries.

NotaryBiz is a company to avoid. The company owes me over $500. I am in the process of contacting the lender on this matter to get my money.

I did two closings for Notary Biz last month and one in May 2012. It has not yet been 30 days, so I am waiting to see if I receive payment. Eric appears nice and was willing to offer jobs at a low fee. However, he was not willing to meet my fee. However, I am not sure if payment for the jobs completed will be paid on time. I will let every one know. I am not sure that the comments on nonpayment still holds true, but will keep those interested informed.

I have sent my W9 6 times and they still do not pay or return my calls or emails. I have even threatened to get my attorney involved.
