I love it... Must be true, Everything is bigger in Texas.

Just joking. That is great.

Congrats on that one. I figure it costs about $1/mile to operate a vehicle, so that's $400 for your vehicle & $100 for the signing. I realize TX is very large & distances are farther than I'm used to.
Still, I don't think I'd travel 200 miles to a signing at any price. LOL :-)

I'll love to say I did something either go to coming from that signing, but, and I left this out, it was heavy rain most of the way thier and foggy most of the way back. I sayed on I-20 for saftey. I only stopped to have some coffee. Oh! the borrrow was attending the Sweetwater Texas Rattle Snake Round Up and he was from another place in Texas. The trip was fine, the money great but been there and done the Snake Round Up as a Jaycee several tims in the past. I'm 69 and Roostered out of Jaycees many years ago.

Re: Sounds like a cash deal. I've had a few of those. They are

The good part about cash deals is the simplicity. The bad part is the buyer expects to receive the keys at the table, drive directly to the house, and move in. Not much tolerance for a redraw.

Re: Sounds like a cash deal. I've had a few of those. They are

I've never had any purchaser(s) ever ask me for the keys at the table for the signings I've had without any realtor present. It may have something to do with how I explain who I am and my duties (3rd party, independent, etc.) on my 1st contact call and repeat that information at the table. I like purchase signings.

My experience has been the same as yours regarding the low tolerance for redraw and delays on these types of signings.

Roughly 1/4 of my signings are seller's packages from 2 TC's no more than 3 miles from me. I hate those Wink

I had one I really liked tonight

I printed docs: borrower paid me at the bank and he took the docs to FedEX and paid to get them sent.

NICE.............. $150.
