Did my first one for them last week. It was a huge package, if I recall correctly, but I don't know if that's true for all their loans. So far, they were pleasant and seemed fine to work with. As for pay, fee was OK, but not great for that size package. Obviously too soon to know how quickly they pay, but I think they said they pay on funding.

Did signing 3/24/12, received full pay 3/31/12 -- $XXX. Package was average - 134 pages. No hand-holding, no fax-backs (except for their invoice). Very professional. Would work with them any time.
