Watermark Services Inc

Anyone worked with Watermark Services Inc in Folsom, Ca. Search has no information since 2008.

I did a signing for Watermark Services, Folsom, CA, last year. As I recall, they were fine to deal with and paid within two or three weeks.

They automatically generate their own invoices but I sent one to them anyway, mainly for my own recordkeeping.

Dean, with Watermark , is a very easy person with whom to work. They pay well and on time with minimum hassle. They are very resonsive to any issues and will always do anything required to help get the job complete. Their automatic invoicing takes the worry out of remembering to invoice on time UNLIKE some companies which want one invoice at the end of the month and then somehow lose the invoice while you wait another month to realize you are being stiffed.
I second the recommendation to take all the work they offer!

They called me yesterday knowing what my prices are $xxx. Scheduled appiont. and then 5 mins. later called me back to say they pay $75-$85 for a Refi. and my prices are to high and cancelled the order. Such a shame. They have always had good reviews in the past. Starting to lowball.
