Had to turn down 6 people because they all wanted the same time tomorrow. Full day but nada for Friday which is a surprise for me, always have work on Friday.

Which part of the continent? I'm snowed-in in Junction City.

We've got this cold/warm/cold-front happening, so travel back over Murphy Summit to Lincoln City might take me another day or so.

While not exactly work-related, the weather all over is nuts-o, which, is affecting travel for lots of road warriors, er, travellers...

Same here. I had nothing on the books and then after 5pm today my phone rings consistently for about 2 hours. I have 4 on the books for tomorrow, two for friday and turned down a saturday morning on, it was too far plus Im taking my personal training exam. So Saturday morning time is blocked out.

It IS a crazy today, 10 scheduled and only wiating for my 6:30 docs, the rest are in and printed and you are correct, Friday's have been off the chart in 2012. Hope the momentum keeps up.

I started doing signings a couple yrs ago. Never did have many. My mother got sick and i was taking care of her. So im getting started again. How do you get so many signings, and is it best to be certified? I actually love doing signings but just cant get any calls. Please tell me how you get all these, any tips will help. Also what signing agencies can I sign up with that i dont have to pay a big membership fee? Thanks for your help.

I've been closings loans full time as a subcontractor since 2001. I used to be the only closer in my county that was listed with the "association" and I have hundreds of companies that I work with. Some local, some nationa some regional. Some are title companies directly and some are signing companies.

I was previously "certified" but I think I have just proven myself over the years and used to work for a title company. My clients know I will deliver superior service so please don't compare your lack of calls to my volume of calls as your are just building your business and mine has been established.

Just start making calls and be confident!

Same here....everyone wants 6:30 pm March 22. I have one closing already booked for that time and at least 3 other companies called for the same time and date. Depending on how close it was to the location I'd be leaving from, I told them I'll be available around 8:00 pm. So far no bites......

Have 3 booked for Friday, some more for Monday. EOM is looking pretty good!

Ok have something for Friday and Saturday, but night time is booked for family things. This month most of my stuff was booked well ahead of time and now as month end comes up nada for next week.

This week 80% of my deals people had to lay out money and some not so happy with the service. EOM is going to be a last minute crush I can see it now, going to be some serious number crunching between now and Tuesday.

I have 1000 minute plan and went over this month, first time in 5 years.

Had to decline 2 last night for 8:00 PM as I had a 7:00 PM. - Couldn't possibly make either 8:00 PM. 2 today, nothing Friday - 1 for Sat. 1 for Mon. (so far).
