a company called Signing Source Inc.

I did a closing for this company in December of 2011. They are still advertising on the web.
None of the phone numbers are working numbers? They were providing services for a Terry at [e-mail address]. I called this Terry. Said he had been paid and I had an email saying he was sending me a check? That was on the 22ne of February. I have seen nothing.
I called the ULS office and spoke with other people. Now the ULS office says they have nothing to do with it. So Apparently Terry with Signing Source Inc. cannot be reached and he is not going to pay either? Does anyone know anything regarding this company?

Unfortunately, yes. Terry owes a signing fee from 10/2011. n/m

I've done a couple for Terry in the past. He is slow to pay but eventually I was payed....

He's a 60-75 day pay out. He always pays so I would continue to work for him.

I can't talk really, I don't follow up for quite a while. I don't sit by the mailbox waiting for pay. Keeps me from getting very bitter many times.

75 days out is a sign that they are undercapitalized and

a whole lot of things can happen in a week, let alone 2 1/2 months! It's just bad business and they are always playing catchup until the day they are gone. 2 1/2 months gone...
