yes, today, again. I filled out their short form but have no idea what they are willing to pay. But, since I didn't have to send any of my info yet, I'll wait until there is a job offer I can accept, at my fee.

I received an email from them today - same offer of $70 - for the next county over:
<< The signing is a refinance for $70 and it will be sent as an e-doc. We require a portion of the loan documents to be faxed back prior to shipment. >>
I didn't respond. I don't even do my own zip code for $70, let alone with faxbacks. I don't like getting the cattle-call emails.

for travel. I am going to respond by telling them to take me off their email spam list.

Julie - did you get a request from them for zip 34759?
They emailed me yesterday for a 6 PM signing on Thursday, 03/15/12.
They have got to be kidding to offer $70 for a signing that is 40 miles and a one hour drive from me.
I responded with my fee for the job but did not hear back from them.

3 emails in last week for work in town and one in East Windsor, $70 bucks plus fax backs, and no website.
Sorry seems shady to me.

They have a click-able "become a signing agent" button. Just strikes me funny. As though we might not be one already. Then, you just sign up - misleading choice of words. Looks like coffee site related.

When you go to that site, try reading their Terms of Service (link on the bottom left) for a real laugh.
