I think I might have stumbled on the best deal yet. Staples had 7 reams of letter at .50 per ream. I spent a total of $3.67 for all 7 reams together.

Sam's Club has this size paper for $29.88 for a 10 ream case, including shipping. Legal size paper is $53.78 for the 10 ream case, including shipping. Shipping to your home or office is great for these heavy cases!!!

Try your local Craigslist. I find paper between $10-$15 per case.
