Is rated 4-star on SC. Had some mixed reviews 2011 and 2010. Has everyone been paid?
Accepted signing for tomorrow evening. They immediately agreed to my $200 fee with no problem. However, if they're not paying .... Assignment calls for pick up of docs at TC, return docs to TC and requires Spanish-speaking notary.

If you're talking about Andrea and Julie, and I think you are, they have always paid timely, and I have never had to chase my $$. That's a record right there. I'm surprised you're not on their radar already, Yoli. Of course, you haven't been in the area all that long.
I remember years ago I did everything to get on their call-me list, but since they've been around for forever, they already had their favorites. But last August, they were "forced" to call cos a LO requested me, and ever since they've called regularly for other stuff, as well. And paid!

Didn't get a chance to look at the NotRot for reviews, but
ended up completing only one signing on 1/23/2012 and received check on 2/25/2012.
