A Texas Refi

I have never done one for the state of Texas and I am in Hawaii.... I am looking through the docs and have a couple of questions....

I have a limited poa... It has a space for two witnesses.... required?

I have an indemnity page that has an affidavit followed by an acknowledgement.... HUH? Do I do both?

Thanks for any help you can give me

"I have a limited poa... It has a space for two witnesses.... required?"
As your hiring party - though it may not be absolutely required in TX it MAY be required by document originator/lender/title.

"I have an indemnity page that has an affidavit followed by an acknowledgement.... HUH? Do I do both?"
What do your state laws say about this? Can you? Should you? Your state notary laws will govern this - unless title/lender wants two signed and you can do a jurat on one and an ack on another...or two separate certs on one doc.

Have you considered asking the person that gave you the assignment for their requirements and needs rather than asking this forum?
