Received docs at 9:05 pm for 6 pm closing. Won't get to the borrower's house until 10:15.

Borrower must have had a really low rate to wait to sign so late. that's past my bedtime.

I did get an extra $20, but would have done it anyway as I get a lot of business from the company and they pay fairly and promptly.

The problem was the lender put the ex-wife's name on the docs instead of the current wife and for some reason it took them 12 hours to correct the error.
