Don't you just hate ....
those "Read and Approved" stamps that TCs use when there are no signature lines, and they or the lender are tooo lazy to put any on, but they want the borrowers/sellers to sign the document(s) anyway. Most of the stamps haven't been re-inked since Eisenhower was president, they are barely visible; they stamp them willy-nilly on the doc in the most inaccessible area, often at a 90-degree angle to the rest of the type. There can be 3 inches of white space at the bottom, but the stamp is wedged in sideways at the very top in the letterhead!! Signers are always going huh? Most of them just initial unless I tell them to sign ... actually I don't know what the TCs want. My favorite is when they actually stemp it in the middle of a copy of the subdivision map. It's like playing "Where's Waldo?" or "I Spy" ... I spy with my little eye a "Read and Approved" stamp. Now, can you find it?

So funny GG! I just have them initial unless it states
otherwise. I do have ESPN in many areas of my life, but I try not to rely on it when it comes to this particular one...lo
Is it any wonder I get called a witch quite often?...tee hee Or wait, that's not Witch...wrong consonant (that is the right grammar reference isn't it? lol)...the inference can sometimes be the same.

I tend to have them sign it, if it is a LONG line, or inital it, if it is a short line.
