Is it true that Express Notary, Irvine pays $60 with e-docs for loan closings? O-M-G. It's about working smarter not harder, right? Wow. Picking jaw up off the ground. They have a 4 star rate. Not sure how that would happen at those rates so I'm hoping my information is wrong.

I should keep my mouth shut, as apparently I mistook “Notaries Express” for “Notary Express” one good, (apparently) one maybe not so? This one I have no idea about, but I would say they pay the amount you quoted only if someone accepts that amount? I would also say perhaps some research should be done before these ‘companies’ file a Trade Name, that’s if they bother.

As an aside.... the Walnut Creek “Express” seems to be offering $90 for a std e-doc signing. More than some... less than others…. you decide. Some there may not be Mensa candidates but they will try and work with you , or so it is said. JMO

I charge $125 for regular edoc refis with no fax backs. They pay my fees when they call.
