HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!
I was a road warrior this past week, for sure. I was happy when Friday's files were all signed and back to escrow by 9pm. Had one signing on Saturday that couldn't happen on Friday...stopped for strawberries and watermelon, armed with salmon and broccoli, quinoa, staying off the roadways this weekeend and working in the garden...has been fabulous weather here, I'm grateful for my green thumb, those worms are hard at work tirelessly aerating my garden boxes...berries are wonderful already with just the little warmer weather we've had. Planted blueberries and strawberries this year. Can't wait for abundance.
Hope you're all doing your heart's desire this memorial weekend and sharing it with family, friends and remembering our men and women in the armed services, then and now.

All is well in my garden of life - thinking of those who are no longer with us; remembering the cemetaries both here and abroad - seemingly miles stretching before me of white crosses. I hope and wish for a flower for each one of them in my own garden.
I miss my dad at times like these. It is good to be alive, in the sun, outdoors. I wish it for everyone.
