Has anyone done work for eNotary Pro in Florida?

Owner's name is Uri Yudewitz. Thanks in advance for any input.

Thanks ok -- I was able to strike a better deal else I'd say the same :o)!

Trying to determine if they actually pay. I couldn't find anything on Signing Central.

Thanks, I did one for them 2 weeks ago, yet to be paid.

I also got a much better deal than $70. He said their normal fee for a refi is $100, but was willing to compromise to meet an agreement.

Owes me from Feb, getting the usual excuse ...

On May 9th, his response: "I am still awaiting payment on this closing. I will forward to accounting department to expedite."

May 22nd, he responds: "I will see if we have gotten paid yet on this one and touch base with you tomorrow." (Never heard from him after that, and had no response to earlier reminders.)

Uri owns the blue ribbon for oldest outstanding invoice on my books. He owes me XXX, fwiw - I won't work for less than 3 digits. This was on my list of things to do (post), I'd issued a "pay me by" date, which he did not meet.

Uri asks that you please contact him if not paid &

He will pay you right away. He's a nice guy, but admits he sometimes needs a reminder. You may want to email him 10 days after you do the assignment (or 10 day after right to rescind) as that is about when the payment should be sent out. I got mine by mail in 2 weeks.

Seller side purchase, just 15 pages, able to schedule any time within a 2 day period, nearby and got $60. Not a ton of money, I know, but for the minimal amount of printing, driving and work I think it is decent pay.

Uri or ENotary Pro, will not pay you after the first few closings, he owes too many notaries.
