I think one SS lost a client

SS gave me deals form one TC, couple of deals a month. Have not heard from them in 45 days and the title company is dealing with me directly this month. Make's me think they lost them as client, it was a client I had to remind every month. I was always paid just had to make the call or email every month.

So isn't it better working directly for them anyway? I always prefer to work directly for the title company whenever possible.

Most time's they are great to deal with

But when large TC's hire you direct, they want to insure there loan will get signed (most likely this may have a issue or something else) The big ones normally use SS's. I had three brokers a couple of months ago call me about Wells Fargo, gave them my fee ok. Mort Docs wanted to pay 65, plus sign contract. I said no here is my fee and payment in 30 days.. What a joke how does anyone work for them even if you get your fee? Took 60 days to get paid bunch of ___________.

REL- Wells Fargo - Mort Docs
Quicken- Title Source
Chase- Title Source

Citi and BOA farm out work
TD bank - same as above
