If offering a mobile notary $20 to print documents, drive to and meet with the borrower, have the documents signed, and then return those documents, thereby facilitating, and overseeing the most important part of the entire refinance/loan modification process isn’t disrespectful, and taking advantage of the notary I would like to know just what some of others that have posted here in regard to this despicable company think would be?

Re: MortgageDocs.com $20???
I think that's there fee for auto loans. I don't respond to emails from them; in fact have put their address to automatically go to junk. But when they can't get anyone to respond, I get phone calls. They wanted me to travel to the other side of the lake to do an auto loan for $20 because it's only a few pages and no fax backs.
I often wonder what they pay their schedulers. I'm sure it's at least Federal minimum wage unless they're independent contractors too. Why then would they not pay at least that amount for the most important, as mentioned earlier, part of their business?

Are they joking?
I wouldn't do it for $20 if they came to me.
