I have a question, and I apologize if it has already been covered in another post. I have been getting emails from this company for signings, and it seems their fees are a little low. There is an option to submit your fee, but when I click on that option, it automatically brings me to a page that says "there are no closing opportunities". Doesn't make sense. The highest fee you can select is $85.00. They sent me an email today for a closing that would be at least an hour away. $85.00 is not enough. The last 2 I declined because I had no way to increase the fee. I welcome any thoughts, suggestions, etc.

Thank you.

Ignore them. Put them in your spam folder. If it is below

what you wish to charge, you have no common ground. Let it go....

I have a software plugin in Outlook that lets me click a button and let someone know I no longer wish to recieve their emails. Not only does it automatically go to spam, but it blocks their email address all together so no future emails come through. It works great.

I receive the same ones. I don't have the issue of the assignments not being available though. I spoke with a representative there at the company and they informed me this is a pilot program they're utilizing to see if they like it over calling. I'm sure this is a money saving technique to try to pay the least amount they can get someone to agree to before they make calls to the notaries who don't still live with their parents!

My guess is this is working because since this pilot program, i've not received a call nor have I done any assignments for them. Hopefully the quality of work doesn't match what they're paying!
