NREIS / Secured Lending Services

Well, it seems NREIS has spawned a new version of itself. Has anyone worked for this group yet and GOTTEN PAID? I see nothing about them in SC.

Check out these comments. Msg #369948, Msg #398558. I've worked for both Secured Lending Services and LenderVend, which seems to also be connected to NREIS and both paid within 30 days. However, I closed one loan for NREIS last November and wasn't paid until this past March.

NREIS attempts to get "deal" for your services, though from my experience, pay as promised.

I used to accept work for those two divisions(?)/subsidiaries(?) only, because they did pay on time, but it's been a long time since I've done any work for any of their companies. I turned down so much other work from them, I guess, that they don't call me anymore. (And I haven't tried to do anything to change that... )

UGH! I just accepted a closing from a J. Lowe Diversified which when I got home and opened the order....I see it is NREIS....the whole thing was a mess...I spoke to 2 people who raised my frustration level to the moon!! How can they work there? They seriously did not have a clue!! Turns out they cancelled AFTER I printed the package and declined another order....and their compensation? A whopping 12.50 print fee...I still have closings I havent been paid for by them I bet I NEVER get the 12.50. They are now on my NO NO NO list!!!

they created this company Secured signing service a few years back. Still I have gotten paid better from them in a few weeks. and them again there was times I had to invoice them. and it took a few months. But they did pay and NREIS has paid me in full.
