NREIS or National Real Estate Signing Company

I have not been paid for invoices dating back to November, 2011. Have tried in vain with repeated emails and faxes and have been told "Soon". This is getting ridiculous! Anyone having trouble with NREIS, please contact Edward Gruden at [e-mail address]

I don't think he can do much but if we all contact him, maybe he'll get tired and do something.

Low rattings since at least '10; mostly for slow/no pay

With their payment issues generally known since at least Jan of 2010, hard to believe that they are still in business with a track record like that.

They used to be one of my better clients but I had to stop accepting signing request from them after Jan of 2010.

I wish you good luck and hope you receive payment.

I have heard through a loan officer with major bank that this lender also uses NREIS regularly along with the title company I represent. Then also found out that a signing agency is being used as the "middle man" by NREIS now for those loans. I sure hope that they are getting paid!

I have called everyone in that company and sent emails and spoke to vp of accts payable about an invoice from January for measly $100 and still no check. Im told in a few daysa not much longer, I told them I have a $25 late fee for every 30 days past due.

Good Luck with thaT THOUGH!
