2 1/2 stars, very low fees, faxbacks & drop same day, and late pay is worth doing business with? What do you know that the community doesn't?

Not all files have fax backs, not all files are same day drops, not all files are low fees. I take the ones I want, they pay on their schedule[its more than 30 days, but I know it up front and they always pay on schedule]. They are good o deal with; you can always refuse the deals you don't want.

Dont forget, that in addition to the low fes, They refuse to give out a phone # of the BR's. According to them, the title company refuses to lets us confirm with the BR.

I did my first signing with them a couple weeks ago, I had a phone number for borrowers and got $140. Not to bad I wouldn't think.

I have to agree with Lee and Walt (hi Walt)...

Any time I've been offered closings with them, they are full refi's with lowball fee paid. But then again, anything under $90 is a lowball fee to me. Only one company that gives me upwards of 30-40 closings a month gets that discount below $XXX.

Re: I have to agree with Lee and Walt (hi Walt)...

O wow. I haven't had the same experience. The fee wasn't the most enticing but I didn't consider it too low (maybe because all closings have been conducted in the same city) and I have always had the borrowers contact info, never have been asked to fax back any docs and same day return only if closing done before a certain time.

I certainly would have an issue with not being able to contact a borrower for the very least, verifying meeting time, address, and directions.

Borrowers telephone numbers

National Loan Closings in Iowa always gives you the numbers, wants you to call and confirm, and confirm that you have contacted the buyer.
National Loan Closers/Loan Processing Center in Louisville will not give you the number.

Re: Thanks for linking the post

National Loan Closings have a system which required notary signing agents to bid on the closings in my area. I was surprise to see the lowest bid started at $2.00 with the highest to bid at $85.00. How imazing to see the highest number to select did not come close to my fee. I respectfully declined the bid. I refuse to post a bid for anything less than my fee. Secondly, what made matters worst was to read NLC is slow at paying. With companies such as NLC, a signing agent will quickly go belly up. There is just no way to maintain a business if the company will not pay or slow at paying.
