Nationwide Closing Services
Could not find this name in SC but when I put in the phone number, Advantage Title came up with a 3 star rating. Not sure if this is the same company. Has anyone worked for these guys? They are out of Eldersburg, MD. This is a debt consolidation.
Thanks for any input you have. This signing is scheduled for Monday.

Always your choice, but many of us won't tough that "debt
consolidation" work. IMO it's a lot like the foreclosure rescue schemes. People can get help for free through their local credit counseling services.

I did accept the job. I really don't care what they are signing as long as it is on the up and up and this seems to be. I live in a very poor state and many of these people are uneducated and have no earthly idea how to access any other services nor can they get approval for loans the conventional way. I won't do the unscrupulous stuff people were pushing a few years ago. I can smell that a mile away. But I am going to take a chance this time and we will see what happens. Thanks for your input.

Yes, I understand. Not everything is a scam, and people
sometimes need any help they can get. :-)

Debt CONSOLIDATION is one thing . . . the debt RESOLUTION company I work for negotiates and GUARANTEES to reduce the client's bills in the program by 35%, and often times they are reduced MORE than 35%. They are not all schemes, but you do have to have your eyes open going into these companies and bail out when you don't like what you see.
